Bob Flores is a Co-Founder and Partner of Cognitio Corp, a management consulting company specializing in cyber security assessments, go-to-market strategies, and M&A diligence. In addition to his senior-level leadership and management positions, his career has included assignments in applications programming, training and education, contract and project management, and both line and staff management roles at many levels.
He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Virginia Tech.
Douglas Naquin is an independent consultant who helps clients pursue opportunities based on their strengths and anticipated business environment. His clients have included private and public sector organizations undergoing changes in mission and strategy or pursuing new markets. Through a structured approach, Mr. Naquin helps organizations develop strategies; establish near-term objectives; and align work, budgets, and personnel management practices to meet those objectives. In this vein, he has also developed training for managers on effective approaches for implementing change in government.
Prior to his consulting work, Mr. Naquin had been a senior executive, accruing extensive experience managing global and multinational operations while establishing a track record of delivering ground-breaking information technology.
He holds degrees from Old Dominion University (B.A.) and Georgetown University (M.S.).
Joel Ross is an independent consultant and facilitator for companies throughout the U.S. and internationally that aspire to expand their influence and business reach. He has lived and worked in six different countries and has visiting dozens more.
Mr. Ross holds degrees from Cornell University (B.A.) and San Francisco State University (M.A).
